The Perry County Commission has determined that a proposed project under ADECA’s CDBG Program to replace an existing drainage structure on CR-53 in Perry County will have no significant impact on the environment.
The project will remain within the existing footprint, and no adverse effects to the floodplain or wetlands are expected.
The County intends to request the release of funds for this project and is providing the public an opportunity to comment.
Written comments must be received on or before April 14, 2026.
