Sealed proposals will be accepted by the Perry County Commission until 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 300 Washington Street, Suite 103, Marion, AL 36756.

The bid is for all labor, materials, and services required to perform shrubbery maintenance at Perry County Commission–owned properties. The successful contractor will enter into a service contract for one (1) season, with materials and workmanship conforming to the specifications provided in the official bid package.

Bidders are encouraged to carefully review the bid documents and visit the site before submitting proposals. All employees or persons performing work under this contract must be 18 years of age or older.
